You will guide a high-performing team building scalable cloud-native services and full-stack systems on Azure SaaS, collaborating across product and customer success.

The role emphasizes ownership, technical direction, and engineering excellence in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering with a strong full-stack background in C#/.NET and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or equivalent) building Azure based SaaS applications.
Over 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
Strong proficiency with the software development lifecycle and engineering excellence processes and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of software engineers with deep experience in event driven cloud native services and full stack systems.
Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
Make decisions on the design, architecture, and delivery of systems.
Build teams and actively coach and mentor your team to grow in their careers.
