Job summary

Ripple in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build the platform powering financial clarity for enterprises. You will own full-stack feature delivery across front-end, server-side, and database tiers, leveraging Azure to craft scalable cloud-native solutions in a fast-growing SaaS product.

You’ll mentor engineers, own CI/CD pipelines, and drive rigorous testing, observability, and code reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of application development experience.
Experience with cloud architecture and deployment workflows.
Expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with SQL Server knowledge.
Hands-on Azure services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD design.
Proven ability to mentor developers in an Agile team.
Ability to review/estimate user stories in Agile delivery.
Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
Solid Windows OS knowledge; banking/finance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, estimate, and deliver full-stack features across UI, server, and database.
Leverage Azure to build scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Own delivery pipelines, testing, and feature flags for robust releases.
Drive testing (unit/integration/non-functional) including security/performance.
Use logging/observability to diagnose issues across environments.
Mentor engineers and lead technical design/code reviews.
Improve team processes and tech choices with high standards.
Contribute to on-call pager rotation and operations.
