You will steer technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers to deliver robust, scalable solutions across traditional and digital asset platforms.

The role emphasizes engineering excellence, agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of SDLC and engineering excellence processes
• Deep software engineering experience in complex distributed systems
• Proficiency with C#/.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework
• Azure experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with experience in event-driven cloud-native services and full-stack systems
• Mentor team members, stay current with tech trends, and evaluate designs and code
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions
• Make decisions on design, architecture, and delivery of systems
• Build and coach the team, growing careers and capabilities
• Drive agile development and analytical methodologies daily
• Improve operations, processes, and technology choices across the team
• Interact with customers and partners to improve cross-department processes
• Promote transparency and partnerships between engineers and business teams
• Participate in solution architecture discussions for design options
• Ensure work meets quality, operational, and architectural standards
• Participate in the team’s you-build-it-you-run-it on-call rotation
