Job summary

Commure is building an AI-native platform to transform the healthcare revenue cycle, including a financial ledger, reporting, and analytics that interface with many EHRs. We are hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for the financial core of our revenue cycle product.

You will manage 6–8 engineers, own the roadmap with a product partner, and be responsible for financial correctness across the platform as we modernize the ledger and OLAP layer to support faster, more

Qualifications

5+ years managing software engineers, including senior and staff levels.
Shipped financial, reporting, or data-intensive systems in production with accurate numbers.
Backend and data fluency: review query plans, ledger design, and parity failures.
Set direction for a product surface and outline a 12-month plan.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a team of 6 to 8 engineers, hiring and career growth.
Set roadmap with product partner to enable customers to build their own reports and close books without reliance on us.
Own financial correctness with shadow parity harnesses, parity checks, and SLOs.
Lead multi-quarter migrations (ledger + OLAP) with parity checks, without breaking close.
Own customer relationships at the top of the stack with CFOs and RCM directors at major sites.
Coordinate with payments, data infrastructure, and ops to prevent downstream breaks.
