Job summary

Commure is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to own the financial core of the revenue cycle product—ledger, reporting, and analytics. You’ll lead a team of engineers, collaborate with product partners, and ensure financial correctness through automated checks and monitoring.

You will work directly with CFOs and comptrollers at large sites during month-end, driving multi-quarter migrations and cross-team execution to keep numbers accurate and reports thriving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software engineers, including senior and staff engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of 6 to 8 engineers, including hiring, performance, and career growth.
• Set the roadmap with your product partner to enable customers to build their own reports and close their books without us.
• Own financial correctness and implement shadow parity harnesses, cross-report tie-out checks, drift monitoring, and SLOs.
