Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science (or greater) from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, or other technical degree
• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
• Experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems
• Experience with oversight of budgets and financial data
• Experience in financial acumen
• Able to travel up to 25% domestically

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team by setting goals, priorities, and expectations to deliver effective technical support for our Facilities and Infrastructures
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and procedures that support operational and business objectives
• Secure and allocate engineering resources, manage supplier technical performance, and drive process improvements to improve execution
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners, and team members to support successful outcomes
• Review and approve technical approaches, designs, products, and engineering processes to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with business needs
• Participate in make-or-buy evaluations and source selection activities while providing technical oversight of suppliers
• Coach, mentor, and motivate employees to strengthen technical capability, support career growth, and sustain high performance
• Support broader Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) initiatives, including reliability, asset management, capital planning and execution, and adoption of improved digital platform
