You will own the team’s impact on Privy’s product and business, drive excellence, and coach engineers toward ambitious career goals with a focus on quality and collaboration.

You’ll partner with the Tech Lead and Product Manager to align work with business outcomes, maintain a strong builder culture, and ensure teams are empowered to deliver impact across multi-region
