Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture and delivery, and collaborate with senior leadership on technology investments, while ensuring high-impact digital solutions across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software or solutions development is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity is preferred.
• Proven success leading teams in the delivery of enterprise-scale applications or AEC technology platforms.
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master, CSM certification is preferred.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is preferred.
• Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for all software engineering initiatives in alignment with business goals.
• Lead software architecture, solution design, and integration of enterprise applications across business units.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to guide technology investment and resource allocation.
• Supervise direct reports and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
• Support production and corporate initiatives with scalable digital solutions.
