Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software or solutions development is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity is preferred.
• Proven success leading teams in delivery of enterprise-scale applications or AEC technology platforms.
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications are preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP PMI-ACP certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for all software engineering initiatives in alignment with business goals.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions at scale.
• Lead software architecture, solution design, and integration of enterprise applications across business units.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, and performance metrics for successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within engineering.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to guide technology investment and resource allocation.
• Support production and corporate initiatives with scalable digital solutions.
• Supervising direct reports is a key responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
