Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Track record leading teams building high-performance, low-latency systems at scale of millions of concurrent users.
• Deep experience with low-level systems programming in resource-constrained, multi-platform environments (desktop, mobile, console).
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with peer teams, customers, partners, and executives.
• Fluent in C++ with deep technical ability to dig into code.
