Job summary

Resource Innovations in Chicago seeks an Engineering Manager to lead energy efficiency and DSM program engineering. You will mentor engineers, quantify savings, and oversee project economics, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in DSM/building efficiency, a mechanical engineering degree, and may hold a P.E. license or CEM certification. Some travel (up to 20%) is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the DSM or building efficiency industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, motors, lighting.
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and oversee engineers delivering DSM and energy efficiency projects.
• Quantify energy savings, prepare reports, and summarize project economics.
• Support project implementation and ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
