Job summary

Ripple is seeking an experienced software leader to head the engineering effort for integrating digital assets into the Ripple Treasury platform. You will co-build a small, capable team of up to four full-stack developers, coding alongside them while guiding architectural decisions.

You will collaborate with core digital assets, product, and treasury experts to define features for Fortune 500 CFOs, establish engineering practices, and drive rapid, production-ready delivery in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering with full-stack .NET and frontend skills.
2+ years leading engineering teams including recruitment and mentoring.
Fintech or blockchain domain experience delivering production systems.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering for digital asset integration bridging Ripple assets with Treasury platform.
Build and mentor a group of up to four full-stack developers while coding
Deliver working software daily within a Kanban workflow and iterate
Collaborate with core digital assets, product, compliance, and treasury teams
Design end-to-end backend and frontend solutions ensuring enterprise reliability and security
Navigate ambiguity and steer priorities with stakeholders
Translate evolving requirements into shippable features for Fortune 500 CFOs
Define engineering practices, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployments
