Job summary

This role oversees ISO-based design control processes and coordinates with customers to ensure precise design approvals and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5–10 years of engineering experience.
• Management experience in a heavy metal fabrication setting.
• ASME code/pressure vessel experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Engineering department to align with business objectives.
• Oversee design input/output and engineering functions using ISO design controls.
• Coordinate design approvals with customers and other departments.
• Support on-site customer inspections and audits in the department.
• Promote process improvements and manufacturability throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
