Snowflake seeks AI-native thinkers to redefine how work gets done. You will lead a team of 10 engineers owning the Developer Experience for authoring data engineering workloads, reporting to the manager who oversees DEX across geographies.

You’ll build on Workspaces, Cortex Code Desktop, Cortex Code CLI, and Pipeline Observability UIs to empower data engineers. We value hands-on builders with strong product instincts, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Experience leading technical teams with IDEs, distributed build systems, and cloud dev environments.
• Strong Product Instincts and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent cross-functional relationship-building.
• Hands-on project experience and AI-enabled product advocacy.
• Bonus: dbt, Airflow, Spark experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 engineers owning the Developer Experience for authoring data engineering workloads.
• Own surfaces: Workspaces, Cortex Code Desktop, Cortex Code CLI, and Pipeline Observability UIs.
• Shape the roadmap and deliver fast, customer-focused features across Snowflake surfaces.
• Collaborate across UX, backend, data, and product management to meet business goals.
• Mentor teammates and advocate for product quality and developer productivity.
