Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM or similar degree.
- Strong knowledge of Linux cloud technologies: networking, storage, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of growing engineers and leading distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of remote engineers.
- Develop talent through coaching, mentoring and career development.
- Set and manage expectations with other engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Advocate and advance modern software development practices.
- Participate in code and architectural reviews.
- Engage with Canonical and open-source communities.
