Modernizing Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our high-performing team at the Boca Raton HQ. You will streamline operations, automate workflows, and drive deployment reliability for our cloud-native healthcare platform.

Your role focuses on AWS/Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform and Ansible, and observability with DataDog. Collaboration with developers and mentorship of junior engineers are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Hands-on AWS experience with security, performance tuning, and cost management.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DataDog, and scripting (Python/Bash).

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize AWS/Azure environments for security, performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS services.
• Implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and other tools for repeatable infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitor with DataDog to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Manage Kubernetes containers and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Tune cloud resources for performance and cost optimization.
• Enable self-service infrastructure for developers via GitOps, APIs, UIs, and tooling.
• Rapidly resolve incidents across cloud environments.
• Ensure cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps practices across teams.
