VetRamp is seeking an Engineering Manager to join a fast-growing team, with a practical, hands-on leadership style. The role involves guiding engineers, shaping the product roadmap with engineering insights, and driving the development lifecycle in a Microsoft stack environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive C#/.NET expertise, Azure cloud experience, and a track record of leading large distributed cloud systems.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of software development experience in a Microsoft-stack environment.
• 5+ years of experience as a solution architect or in technical/team leadership roles.
• 3+ years of responsibility for technology direction, execution and application support.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile transformation.
• Track record of architecting and building large-scale distributed cloud systems in hybrid/private Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate as a leading software engineer within the team and contribute technically.
• Mentor and provide guidance to technical team members.
• Collaborate across functions to support product roadmap planning with engineering insights and lead the development process.
