Job summary

FleetPride seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement scalable Azure/.NET architectures and Cosmos DB integrations. You will own features end-to-end, mentor teammates, and drive AI-enabled SDLC practices with strong production focus.

You will lead architecture decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, observable, high-performance software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure backend/integration services.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of production Azure solutions—from requirements and architecture through deployment, observability, and support.
• Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed-system failure handling.
• Mentor developers, conduct design/code reviews, and lead through ambiguity.
• Practical use of AI development tools with output validation and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from design through testing, deployment, production validation, support transition, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical discovery, acceptance criteria, dependency and data mappings, exception scenarios, estimates, risks, and implementation plans.
• Design cloud-native, API-led, event-driven solutions and document decisions, alternatives, and tradeoffs.
• Mentor engineers, establish reusable patterns, and drive coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, QA, security, data, support, and onshore/offshore teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and production incident response.
