Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading or managing an engineer team.
• Experience with distributed/large-scale systems; security software dev a plus.
• Proficient in English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable distributed systems to fulfill the Cloud Data Orchestration vision.
• Code hands-on at least 25% of the time.
• Lead, guide and evaluate the work of Engineering direct-reports.
• Mentor and develop talent through effective mentoring and technical assignments.
• Develop and refine best practices and processes to guide teams.
