Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health.
• Partner with product to set your team's roadmap and advocate for developers' needs.
• Talk to customers directly and translate feedback into engineering priorities.
• Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems with growing usage.
• Collaborate with Research, Safeguards, Security, and GTM teams to bring model capabilities to developers safely.
• Recruit, coach, and grow engineers.
