Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team within our build, test, and deploy platform organization, which powers CI/CD for CoreWeave engineering.

This role blends hands‑on technical judgment with people leadership - you'll guide your team's execution on continuous integration (CI), build systems, artifact management and release automation, while partnering closely with senior engineers and technical leads on day-to-day design and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on leadership of engineers.
• Experience building or operating CI, build or artifact platforms at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical direction for CI, build and artifact platforms within your team.
• Identify opportunities to modernize workflows and reduce SDLC friction.
• Uphold reliability, performance, and security standards for your scope.
• Translate roadmap priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day execution and unblock the team to hit goals.
• Grow and mentor team members through regular 1:1s and coaching.
