Job summary

Fullscript is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Patient Experience pod, shaping technical and product foundations for Care Mode. You will blend engineering leadership with hands-on contributions, guiding design decisions and system architecture across a growing health-tech platform.

You will partner with Product, Design, Clinical, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, trustworthy experiences for practitioners and patients, while mentoring engineers and raising the bar on

Qualifications

• Extensive software product leadership, end-to-end ownership.
• Significant engineering management experience with people leadership.
• Ability to own difficult, non-obvious technical problems with meaningful product impact.
• Comfort switching between hands-on engineering and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical judgment and effective communication of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Patient Experience pod, setting technical direction for Care Mode.
• Stay hands-on with system design, reviews, prototyping, and complex problem solving.
• Lead design discussions that balance product, engineering, data, and clinical considerations.
• Evolve architecture and ensure reliability, safety, and trust in the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Clinical, Data, and Engineering leaders at scale.
