Job summary

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead the development, installation, and commissioning of production capital equipment and facilities. You will collaborate with product managers, plant managers, and service teams to boost productivity, efficiency, and profitability across projects.

You will own project scope, design, procurement, budgeting, and start-up, while building schedules, cost estimates, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive project engineering experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in engineering teams.
• Experience managing large capital projects from design to start-up.
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering staff and technicians on capital projects.
• Oversee lifecycle from specification through installation and start-up.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates and project schedules.
• Provide on-site supervision during installation and commissioning.
• Document contracts, PO's, and progress reports for records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Establish standards and drive cross-functional project processes.
