Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Technical Manager – R&IC Pilot Plant Envelope Testing to lead our envelope testing operations. You will supervise a team of technicians and specialists, prioritize tests, oversee prototype fabrication, and collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Marketing to bring innovative building products to market.

This hands-on leader will advance testing capabilities, develop new methods, ensure ASTM alignment, and drive safety, quality, and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
Experience leading lab, pilot plant, testing, or technical operations teams.
Strong knowledge of building envelope systems and code-driven testing.
Experience developing test methods and leading continuous improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily envelope testing operations in the pilot plant.
Manage technicians and specialists; prioritize testing activities.
Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Marketing to bring products to market.
Develop and validate new test methods; improve safety and quality.
