Qualifications

• Hands-on process engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading capital projects valued up to $1–2M and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support a 24/7 manufacturing facility with three production lines.
• Lead 3–5 projects concurrently from scope through installation, startup and completion.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to strengthen reliability, throughput, and efficiency.
