Disney Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Product Software Engineer to lead a team building Disney Campaign Manager, a self-service advertising platform. You’ll oversee full-stack development from user interface to backend services and APIs, ensuring usability, performance, and reliability for advertisers worldwide.

You will mentor engineers, influence architectural choices, and partner with product, design, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience building complex platform applications at scale.
• Leadership and relationship building across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on full stack development with modern front-end stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and back-end (Java/Node).
• Experience designing and operating REST APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores and caching for performance.
• Experience delivering platform services on AWS with open-source tech.
• Ability to build customer-facing applications at scale with performance and reliability.
• Strong communication, agile practices, and architectural decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Provide software engineering leadership and direction across customer-facing self-service experience (campaigns, targeting, budgeting).
• Lead platform and integration services powering Campaign Manager (ad serving, APIs, reporting).
• Be accountable for the performance and results of a software engineering team.
• Make strategic technical decisions and guide team operations under time constraints.
• Facilitate collaboration with product, design, marketing, QA, and business teams.
• Coach managers and senior engineers; contribute to software design and reviews.
