Disney Entertainment Operations LLC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Performance Marketing team. You will lead the design and development of web applications used daily by the marketing group, owning the experience end to end from interaction design through production, helping execute data-driven media campaigns.

This role requires 8+ years in full-stack architectures, strong Angular/TypeScript/HTML/CSS skills, cloud and CI/CD experience, and proficiency with Spark, Python,

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering full stack architectures in production.
• Strong front-end framework experience (Angular preferred; React/Vue ok).
• Experience with AI/LLMs in software development.
• Cloud compute, devops, CI/CD pipelines ownership.
• Data-rich environments; SQL and data modeling fluency.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of intuitive web applications for the Performance Marketing group.
• Own software engineering, data modeling, and architectural standards within the team.
• Develop new technical solutions or platforms to accelerate velocity and impact.
• Build full stack applications for data-driven media campaigns on ad platforms.
• Help engineers test, iterate, and promote to production with tooling.
• Implement quality controls and monitoring for accurate campaign metrics.
