• Experience designing and operating REST APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores and caching layers.
• Experience delivering platform services on AWS.
• Strong communication, agile practises, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide software engineering leadership and direction for customer-facing self-service experiences like campaign creation and optimization workflows.
• Oversee platform and integration services powering Campaign Manager and its APIs and reporting pipelines.
• Be accountable for the performance and results of a single engineering team.
• Make time-sensitive decisions guided by resources and objectives.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, product, design, QA, and business teams.
• Stay informed on industry innovations and drive architectural decisions.
• Manage timelines and resourcing with project management partners.
• Mentor and grow managers and senior engineers.
