Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years engineering experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, flow control, valves, actuators, or related industries.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the group in creating engineering data required for developing manufacturing drawings.
• Determine and verify component dimensions, tolerances, suitable materials and finishes, and prepare necessary supporting calculations.
• Responsibilities include conceptual engineering, material selection, design and analysis, prototyping, and testing.
• Lead and participate in configuring products using CAD software and assist in generating detailed drawings and schematics.
