Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, flow control, valves, actuators, or related industries.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the group in creating engineering data for manufacturing drawings.
• Verify component dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, and supporting calculations.
• Lead conceptual engineering, material selection, design and analysis, prototyping, and testing.
