Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience in a remote-first environment.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to learn trucking domain and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team while contributing code.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape roadmaps.
• Deliver high-quality software with a strong engineering culture.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive impact.
