Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development in a fast-paced tech environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong software engineering background with experience in architectural discussions.
• Proven ability to partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and turn priorities into scalable solutions.
• Experience in payments domain is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap with Product Manager and translate goals into a technical vision for the Bank Payments platform.
• Coach and mentor engineers, fostering ownership and collaboration while maintaining high morale.
• Own delivery for long-term platform scalability, resilience, and maintainability, balancing product delivery with technical investment.
