Job summary

RNInk in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance and Reliability Team. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and asset integrity across plant operations through strategic leadership.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage CMMS, mentor a multidisciplinary team, drive PHAs, and ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO standards while pursuing sustainability and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree with 8+ years in maintenance/reliability including team management in PSM-regulated plants.
• Experience in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Able to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Able to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship.
