Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery and operational health.
• Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and advocate for developers' needs.
• Talk to customers directly and translate learnings into engineering priorities.
• Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that scale with usage.
• Work with Research, Safeguards, Security and GTM teams to bring model capabilities safely to developers.
• Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers.
