Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Software Development Manager for the DIF team to build AI-driven leadership reporting and scalable security analytics across AWS. You will lead a multi-discipline team delivering data visualization, AI orchestration, and secure cloud services for executive oversight.

You will mentor engineers, drive the technical roadmap, review architectures, and communicate with senior stakeholders while ensuring secure SDLC practices across a multi-tier web services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years of leading multi-tier web services development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a high performing team of engineers.
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for cloud security products.
• Review architecture and oversee scalable software development.
• Communicate project status, risk assessments to stakeholders at all levels.
