Robinhood’s Artificial Intelligence team is building the AI infrastructure powering product features. As Engineering Manager you will lead ML model development, scale systems, and guide the engineering organization in delivering advanced AI capabilities to millions of customers.

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week. Base pay ranges by zone, with equity and bonus eligibility described in the offer.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of an engineering organization with hiring and mentorship
• Hands-on experience in applying ML/LLMs to real products
• Deep understanding of ML infrastructure, deployment, and security
