Job summary

Replicant is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a Product Engineering squad of 8–15 engineers, reporting to the SVP of Engineering. You will own budget and headcount for your team, emphasizing servant leadership, technical credibility, and rapid, high-quality delivery of AI-driven products.

You will foster a culture of decisive action, collaboration across the department, and continuous improvement in processes, testing, and platform quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing engineers or engineering teams.
• Experience owning team budget and headcount planning.
• Demonstrated hands-on AI fluency with modern AI tools.
• Experience delivering software predictably with a team.
• Technical depth in system design and tradeoffs.
• Experience partnering closely with Product and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar and build the team by hiring and developing engineers.
• Set the pace to enable engineers to move quickly while maintaining quality.
• Make your team AI-native by scaling AI experimentation to team-level results.
• Own outcomes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery for customers.
