• Drive delivery by aligning product priorities to clear plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product and AI Engineering to evolve architecture for scalable platforms.
• Own team performance, development, and career growth.
• Partner with Tech Leads on scope, sequencing, and accountability.
• Scale the engineering team through hiring and structured processes.
