Qualifications

• Ability to drive architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing platform engineering team responsible for agent execution and orchestration.
• Stay involved in architecture, system design, debugging, and problem solving.
• Drive execution, translate priorities into plans, and ensure delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Product and AI Engineering to evolve agentic architecture and scalability.
• Coach and grow engineers, manage performance, and enable clear technical decisions.
