Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering, including hands-on individual contributor experience.
- 2+ years managing engineering teams.
- Experience leading AI-native product engineering teams."
- Strong product and business instincts; know what to build and test.
- Technical credibility on modern web/mobile stacks and architecture.
Responsibilities
- Own the outcomes of a customer-facing engineering team spanning React Native and Next.js experiences.
- Shape the roadmap with Product and Design partners and own the rationale for what to build.
- Lead systems that compound value, reducing future toil and cost.
- Manage AI-native workflows across planning, development, review, and testing.
- Provide candid feedback, reset expectations, and invest in top performers.
