The role requires 6+ years coding and 4+ years of people management, with a strong product mindset and experience in distributed systems. Hybrid work with office presence in London is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift.
• Experience building distributed systems at scale.
• 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams.
• Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery.
• Strong product mindset - you care about the user, not just the stack.
