Feed Media Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small, focused engineering team building licensed music experiences for top fitness, retail, and consumer brands. This people-first role emphasizes delivery, quality, and coaching, with responsibility for sprint health, release readiness, AI-native development, and close collaboration with Product, CX, Sales, Marketing, and Music Affairs.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management.
• Proven coaching and mentorship track record.
• Experience leading AI tool adoption and establishing standards.
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality software and improving team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 7-person engineering team across full stack, data, and QA.
• Own sprint health, delivery, and release readiness.
• Establish engineering performance standards and code review practices.
