You'll manage architecture decisions, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering delightful experiences that make creativity accessible. Ideally, you bring 5–7 years of management experience, a strong technical background, and a passion for music.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing a software engineering team with a track record of impactful product shipping.
• Strong technical foundation to guide architecture and code reviews.
• Experience translating ambiguity into clear development plans.
• Proven ability to hire and develop engineering talent.
• Hands-on experience with scalable production systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Forward perspective on integrating AI in workflows.
• A love of music.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction for team’s domain and drive architectural decisions.
• Build and coach a team of engineers, creating a vibrant work culture.
• Partner with product, design, and data science teams to define project roadmaps.
• Manage the development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Champion engineering quality across the team.
• Contribute to Suno’s mission by delivering tools for creative expression.
