The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading engineering teams, making strategic decisions, and fostering an inclusive work environment. This position is hybrid and based out of our Tel Aviv, Israel office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager.
• Hands-on experience with building complex products and systems.
• Exceptional ability to work with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to build a long-term roadmap.
• Hire, manage, and develop a team of engineers.
• Contribute to and help shape the growth of the Weave engineering organization.
