Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Software Engineering Manager to guide a collaborative team delivering reliable, modern software. You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and apply AI tools to improve how we work.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, design scalable solutions with product/architecture teams, and promote CI/CD, clean code, and cloud-native patterns to ensure reliable, maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Java 8+ or JVM-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, or Kotlin.

Responsibilities

• Lead a collaborative, high‑performing engineering team and coach engineers for growth.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software built with Java, Spring Boot, Typescript, and related technologies.
• Design simple, scalable solutions with Product and Architecture teams.
• Promote CI/CD, clean code, and cloud-native patterns for reliability and maintainability.
• Champion AI tools to boost productivity and guide safe, responsible use.
