Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing quality engineering teams supporting web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and automation across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Oversee CI/CD integration and expand automated test frameworks into pipelines.
• Direct internal quality engineers and offshore testing partners.
• Establish quality metrics and enforce release quality gates with cross-functional partners.
• Perform administrative duties and drive quality culture across teams.
