NerdWallet is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a customer-facing product team that builds across our React Native mobile app and Next.js web experiences. You’ll guide technical vision, collaborate with Product and Design, and drive AI-driven capabilities while maintaining high performance and reliability.

You will lead senior engineers, hire and coach, and shape a roadmap that balances polish with rapid learning in a fast-paced fintech context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on IC experience.
• 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading AI-native product engineering teams.
