You will guide teams of engineers and managers, shape the platform strategy, and drive AI-powered data solutions across campaigns and analytics. You will partner with business stakeholders, maintain platform health and security, and mentor leaders, delivering ROI-focused demos to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in engineering management.
• Experience leading large-scale data platforms or enterprise software.
• Hands-on with Gen AI tooling, LLM integration, or AI prototyping.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Excellent communication across organizational boundaries.
• BS or MS in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design and operate data and marketing platforms.
• Define long-term strategic roadmap for platform portfolio including Gen AI.
• Design AI agent workflows to automate complex processes.
• Lead forward-deployed engineering team with business partners.
• Collaborate with Worldwide Marketing and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Champion data engineering best practices and data quality.
• Drive engineering productivity with processes and tooling.
• Represent strategy to senior leadership with ROI demonstrations.
• Recruit, develop and mentor engineering managers and leaders.
