Job summary

You will lead a team of PMs responsible for data products powering GenAI pipelines, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and retrieval infrastructure across Apple's enterprise data landscape. The role drives strategy and roadmaps for the data-to-GenAI stack, collaborates with engineering and business units, and shapes governance and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading teams of technical product managers.
• At least 3 years of technical product management.
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• 3 years of cross-functional work with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to audiences >100 people across levels and backgrounds.
• Manage and prioritize roadmaps using OKR methodology across a large product portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers, coaching PMs through ambiguous problems.
• Define, build, launch enterprise data products powering Apple’s GenAI platform (ingestion, transformation, knowledge graphs).
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the data-to-GenAI stack: data flows into AI models and quality is maintained.
• Drive the vision for GenAI-enabled data products using AI to improve discovery, governance, and analytics.
• Establish team operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio-level planning.
• Partner with Apple Enterprise Teams to map customer journeys, use cases, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to bring data and AI products to market and measure success.
• Engage executives on topics spanning data architecture, AI/ML infrastructure, and business transformation.
• Recruit, retain, and grow top PM talent with diverse strengths across depth and design thinking.
• Research best-in-class industry approaches to modern data platforms to inform a world-class platform.
• Track product and team performance via KPIs covering data quality, pipeline reliability, GenAI accuracy, adoption, and time-to-value.
