Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex technical programs related to AI/ML systems.
• Strong understanding of ML systems, software architecture, and dependencies across large-scale platforms.
• Track record of driving roadmaps and execution across multiple teams.
• Ability to engage engineers and leaders, ask effective questions, and identify risks beyond workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical domains quickly and operate independently in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of complex ML programs spanning ML frameworks, platforms, and algorithmic systems.
• Develop a strong understanding of system architecture and cross-team dependencies to anticipate risks and downstream impact.
• Partner with engineers, researchers, and technical leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps.
• Drive alignment on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, dependencies, and launch readiness across engineering and product teams.
• Communicate technical decisions, program risks, progress, and outcomes clearly to technical teams and senior leadership.
• Improve planning and execution practices, including thoughtful use of AI and automation to increase team effectiveness.
